About the role As a customer service representative at Airmee, you will support both our customers and drivers. You will answer questions, solve problems, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This may involve helping someone find their package, answering questions about delivery times, or guiding a driver in real-time.

You will work via phone, email, and chat, and have varied workdays in a team that enjoys supporting each other. In our support, no day is the same, and a lot happens – making the job both fun and rewarding!

We are looking for someone who:

- Have completed high school
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a big plus if you have experience in customer service, an interest in IT, and/or knowledge of the Intercom system.

    Start: As agreed
    Scope: Full-time permanent employment with an initial probationary period
    Location: Central Stockholm
    Working hours: Evening shifts, Monday to Friday 14:30-23:00 (support hours 08:00–23:00).
