About the Role
We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Center Representative for the customer service department at Sandvik in Stäket. You will primarily work with Sandvik's Norwegian customers and assist them with inquiries related to the product portfolio within their business area Mining.
As a Customer Support Center Representative, you are often the customer's first point of contact – you handle cases and provide quick and professional service regarding orders, products, and other inquiries related to after-sales business. You proactively and systematically manage incoming cases and ensure that customers receive the right feedback and that the correct information is available. Contact usually occurs via phone and email, while personal meetings also take place.
To support and enable their sales goals, you collaborate closely with their sales team, and you are eager to reach out to customers to create more business opportunities.
It is an exciting and varied environment where you do not always know what the workday has to offer. In this role, you will constantly learn new things while having fun at work in a close-knit team!
Qualifications & Experience
The following competencies are considered suitable for the position:
- You have excellent knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written
- You speak and write fluent English
- You have a good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written
- You are proficient in the Office suite and have good computer skills
Some desirable points (no one can know everything, but maybe you have something from below):
- You have previously worked with the Norwegian market
- Previous industry experience
- Experience with business systems and the CRM system Salesforce
- A technical interest and/or previous experience in technology
Who We Think You Are
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person with a positive attitude towards change and good prioritization skills. You are, of course, service-minded and good at making customers feel secure with your support.
Since you will be in contact with customers from Norway, you need to be able to speak Norwegian. You also need to be able to speak Swedish and their corporate language, English.
You are curious and have an interest in technology and learning new things.
About the Position
- Full-time. For the first 6 months, you will be employed by The Place, after which you will transition to a permanent position at Sandvik (a so-called temp-to-perm recruitment).
- Location: Stäket, Järfälla, Stockholm.
- Start in August/September, but interviews are ongoing.
- Working hours 07:30-16:00, with some flexibility and the possibility to work from home a couple of days a week after your onboarding period.
