Hr Björkmans Entrémattor is now looking for a structured, business-minded, and service-oriented Customer Care Representative to strengthen the sales organization and contribute to continued growth.

Role Description

As a Customer Care Representative, you have a central and important function in the daily sales work. You relieve our salespeople of administrative tasks and actively work with customer care and upselling to existing customers and partners. You are one of our most important contact points and ensure that customers have a professional and positive experience with Hr Björkmans Entrémattor.

Your main responsibilities include;

  • Handling cancellations and incoming customer inquiries
  • Receiving orders and establishing contracts
  • Contacting new customers for follow-up and welcome
  • Working with upselling to existing customers
  • Providing administrative support to the sales organization
  • Handling incoming calls via switchboard

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with immediate start. You will be based at our modern and beautiful office in Upplands Väsby, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service with elements of upselling. You are used to working actively and proactively to strengthen customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, and you thrive in a role where relationships, sales, and service are in focus.

You have good computer skills and experience working in business systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft 365. Experience with Lime is a strong advantage. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, you are attentive, service-oriented, and business-minded. You are motivated by creating customer value, developing relationships, and contributing to upselling – both independently and together with your colleagues.

You communicate clearly and confidently and are proactive in finding solutions and opportunities. In your work, you are structured, meticulous, and self-driven, and you take responsibility for driving your tasks and processes forward.
