We are looking for a junior accountant within accounts receivable (OTC) for our client's Finance Operations Hub. You will be part of a team of 50 employees providing financial administrative services to all Nordic companies within the client's operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and ensuring the entire accounts receivable process for the legal entities involved in the assignment.

This is a junior role suitable for you with a flexible working style and a strong desire to learn, rather than extensive experience in accounting. We are looking for an engaged and curious person who can contribute new perspectives and diversity in thinking.

Your tasks may include:

• Handling daily issues related to customer invoices and accounts receivable
• Providing support to internal stakeholders on various finance-related matters
• Maintaining daily contact with the company's outsourcing partner
• Following up on customer cases
• Account reconciliation
• Handling manual payments
• Re-invoicing and further invoicing
• Creating and updating customer information in the business system
• Participating in monthly closing from an Order-to-Cash perspective
• Contributing to and driving ongoing improvement work using modern tools and methods, e.g., automation, analysis, and data modeling
• Performing other common accounting tasks
• Being a team player in the OtC team and contributing to delivering world-class service to our stakeholders

Required skills:

• Qualified accountant
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, particularly regarding functions such as lookup formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP) and pivot tables
• Ability to communicate at all levels and build good relationships in the workplace
• Self-driven person with initiative and good prioritization skills
• Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Has a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach

Preferred skills:

• Experience working with accounts receivable and closing processes
• Familiarity with SAP
• Knowledge in data analysis
• Experience using the analysis tool KNIME
