We are currently looking for a recruitment consultant on behalf of our client.
Assignment Content
The assignment involves supporting the client in identifying, assessing, and recruiting suitable talent. The consultant may be responsible for the entire recruitment process or selected parts of it, depending on the scope of the assignment.
Mandatory Requirements
The consultant must have:
- Experience in recruitment within municipal real estate companies or comparable roles with high complexity over the past three years.
- Good knowledge of current labor law and established recruitment processes.
- Conducted at least five recruitments for municipal real estate companies in the last three years.
- Documented educational background in HR, behavioral science, psychology, or a related field.
