About the role
Your daily work involves providing the best possible customer support to SAS's Swedish customers via phone and chat regarding matters related to flight bookings, products, payment methods (credit, vouchers, and loyalty points), baggage and meal accessories, online service, and much more! You provide accurate information and can make changes to existing bookings for both time and destination, name changes, special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, pets), and cancellations. Furthermore, you are an expert in planning and delivering smart solutions to customers in difficult situations (schedule changes, delays, and cancellations) by modifying bookings and assisting with refunds. You create a strong customer relationship and inform clients about their loyalty programs for the best possible experience! We are looking for you
You are proactive and an expert at listening, always considering customers' needs. You are positive and energetic by nature and always strive to provide the best possible customer service with your professionalism and commitment. You have good social skills and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You thrive in independent tasks and have the ability to quickly adapt to changes and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor. You have good computer skills and can manage administrative tasks, such as data entry in systems.
- You speak and write fluent Swedish (C1) and English (B2), and have some understanding of the Norwegian language, as Norwegian calls may occur.
- You can work weekdays from 07:00 to 19:15 and on weekends from 09:00 to 18:15
- You can work on-site at our office in Helsingborg
- You have at least 6 months of previous customer service experience
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have good computer skills
Location and work setup
This position is office-based and located at our office in Helsingborg. During the first six months, work will be performed exclusively on-site to ensure a solid introduction and smooth and effective integration into the role and team. After this period, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid work model, including partial remote work, provided that specific competency requirements set by the employer are met. Details about the position:
Start date: 2026-02-23
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period, full-time employment.
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 07:00-19:15 and Saturday - Sunday: 09:00-18:15 (your working hours will be scheduled in shifts during the specified opening hours of 40h/week).
Workplace: Concentrix office in Helsingborg at Rönnowsgatan 8C. (With the possibility of Hybrid after 6 months)
