Do you want to play a key role in ensuring compliance, quality, and flight safety in an aviation training organization?

We are now looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) for our Approved Training Organisation (ATO).

About the role

As Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and further developing the organization's compliance system in accordance with EASA Part-ORA, applicable AMC/GM, and national regulations. The role is central to ensuring that operations are conducted safely, structured, and in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.

You will report directly to the Accountable Manager and work closely with the Head of Training, Safety Manager, and other key positions.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the ATO's Compliance Monitoring System (CMS)
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with EASA regulations, authority requirements, and internal governing documents
• Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain and develop ATO manuals and processes
• Act as a contact person with the competent authority on compliance issues
• Contribute to continuous improvements in quality and safety culture

Qualifications

• Documented knowledge of EASA Part-ORA and ATO operations
• Experience in compliance, quality, or audit work within aviation
• Good understanding of management systems (CMS/SMS)
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Structured, analytical, and independent with high integrity

Meritorious

• Previous experience as a Compliance Monitoring Manager or similar role
• A technical, operational, or educational background in aviation
• Experience with authority contacts and inspections
• Audit training (internal or external)
