About the Company
We are recruiting for an international industrial company that develops advanced technical solutions to improve the environment, air quality, and industrial processes. The company is globally established and is part of a larger European group headquartered in Austria. In the Nordic region, the company primarily works with clients in the process and manufacturing industries, with their Swedish operations based in Kristianstad.

About the Role
As a sales engineer, you will have a central and advisory role where you work with existing customers and support the development of new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will focus heavily on customer management through visits, follow-ups, and written communication throughout the sales process. The main focus will be on identifying customer needs through technical consultation. You will closely collaborate with colleagues in Kristianstad and the headquarters in Austria. The role also involves some travel, for example, to Austria for training and a limited number of customer visits per year.
More specifically, the position includes:
- Responsibility for technical design and calculation of new facilities or upgrades of existing facilities
- Preparing and managing follow-ups of technical and commercial offers as well as performing price calculations
- Conducting sales visits to existing and new customers
- Coordinating business with the headquarters in Austria
- Maintaining order, customer, and master data
About You
To thrive and succeed in the role of sales engineer, we believe you have a strong technical interest and broad technical knowledge. You are curious, attentive, and driven to find the best technical solutions for your customers. You are good at taking initiative while also being able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the following is required:
- Engineering degree from a college or university
- Very good knowledge of Excel or calculation tools
- Experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy sector or process industry
- Very good knowledge of the Office Suite
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn new things
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of German

Working hours: Monday-Friday, flexible working hours during the day
Salary: By agreement
