Atos
As a Supply Chain Planner at Atos Medical, you will have a broad role in a smaller team where operational delivery and analysis go hand in hand. The role is suitable for you who have a few years of experience in Supply Chain, are comfortable in daily operations but also want to contribute to improvements in processes, work methods, and tools.
Here, you combine material planning and follow-up with analysis and development in close collaboration with production, purchasing, and other functions.
About the role
One of our team members is moving on to another exciting role within the company, which is why we are looking for their replacement. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be an important part of our team of four, where each individual has significant responsibility but where we always support each other to achieve our common goals. The role combines both operational and tactical tasks with a focus on purchasing, material planning, analysis, and improvement of our end-to-end Supply Chain. You will ensure material availability for production, maintain planning parameters, optimize inventory, manage supplier contacts, and participate in purchasing-related changes.
We are currently on an ongoing integration journey with our parent company Coloplast, and you will play an important role in ensuring that our systems and processes work together. Your competence, analytical ability, and independence will be crucial for driving projects forward and creating value for customers, the team, and our business.
About you
To succeed in this role, you have experience working broadly within Supply Chain and are used to using data as a basis for decisions in daily operations. You analyze planning outcomes, inventory, delivery precision, and deviations, and translate this into concrete improvement proposals in processes, parameters, or work methods.
You thrive in a smaller team where you are responsible for both analysis and execution. You work in a structured manner, follow up results over time, and are curious about how tools, systems, and digital work methods can be used better to create more stable flows and higher precision.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in material management, planning, and optimization
- Good system proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (E1/OMP)
- Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from pharmaceuticals, medtech, or another regulated industry
- Experience in integration projects between systems and organizations
What we offer
With us, you will become part of an unpretentious and competent team where we help each other. You will work with the entire chain – from planning to delivery – in an environment characterized by collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.
We offer:
- Collective agreement
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid work
- Lunch benefit through Epassi
- Generous wellness allowance
- Breakfast at the office
Interested?
If you have questions about the role, you are warmly welcome to contact recruiting manager Malin Richter at the following address: [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])
The application deadline is March 17, but since we work with ongoing selection, the position may be filled before the application deadline.
