About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be selling our digital services to companies. Social Zense offers industry-leading solutions in digital marketing, tailored for each individual customer.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, selling, and follow-up. Your primary tool will be your phone, and you will meet potential customers daily, both in digital and physical meetings that you have booked yourself.

As you build your customer base, your role will be balanced with developing and nurturing a long, close, and proactive relationship with your clients. This includes regular follow-ups as well as upselling.

The position is based in Malmö or Gothenburg.

Examples of tasks

  • Manage and develop your own customer portfolio
  • Proactive sales of our services (digital advertising via social media and search)
  • Book and hold customer meetings and ongoing follow-ups
  • Understand customers' challenges and develop relevant digital solutions and strategies
  • Establish and further develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and create growth through upselling
  • Be responsible for establishing and reaching your goals against an individual sales budget
  • Close dialogue with our Performance team that handles production and main customer contact

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience working with proactive sales towards new B2B customers
  • Is accustomed to working with cold contacts
  • Is strategically minded with good knowledge of digital marketing
  • Is comfortable in dialogue with decision-makers and experienced in leading meetings
  • Is goal- and results-oriented
  • Is trustworthy and attentive
  • Has a structured and independent working style
  • Is driven by the ability to influence your own salary
  • Expresses yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and has a driver's license

Meritorious

  • Previous experience in digital marketing
  • Previous agency experience
  • Strong personal network
