We are looking for engaged and service-oriented employees who want to contribute to a professional and welcoming Contact Center. With us, you will be part of a workplace where collaboration, job satisfaction, and commitment to making a difference are in focus.

About the Workplace

The mission of the Contact Center is to be the entry point to the city of Helsingborg for residents, associations, and businesses. We provide accessible, equal, and professional service both in everyday life and during crises, where the contact center is an important part of the city's crisis organization.

At the Contact Center, municipal guides, advisors, and specialists work, for example, in consumer and budget debt counseling. The operation is organized within the city management administration and consists of about 22 municipal guides who provide service daily via phone, email, chat, physical visits, and social media.

We provide information and guidance within the city's administrations, associations, and companies – from education questions and security alarms to reporting faults in the urban environment. In your work, you will use several digital tools and case management systems and need to handle information in a structured and responsible manner.

Job Responsibilities

As a resident or business owner, you should not have to know how the city is organized to get the right help. Through good service, clear information, and guidance in simpler matters, you contribute to resolving questions at the first contact.

Working hours are scheduled and may involve evening and weekend work. On-call duty may occur outside regular working hours.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Higher education or completed YH/KY (focus on service or other education that we consider equivalent)
  • Experience in service and customer interaction work
  • High IT maturity and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Good ability to meet people based on their needs
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing (other languages are an advantage)
  • Good experience with social media
