Experienced Payroll Specialist Wanted

We are looking for an experienced and system-savvy Payroll Specialist who has experience in larger organizations with a fast pace, complex workflows, and many points of contact. Here you will play an important role in a competent HR and payroll team where quality, structure, and collaboration are at the center.

About the Role

In this position, you will work with the entire payroll process for a larger organization. You will manage payroll from start to finish and drive an efficient and quality-assured payroll operation together with your colleagues.

You will work in Visma HR+8 - experience with the system is not a requirement, but a big plus. The role requires that you have worked in various larger payroll systems previously.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire payroll process for a larger personnel flow
• Administer and ensure the quality of payroll data
• Work closely with the system and contribute to the development of routines and processes
• Support managers and employees in matters related to payroll and HR systems
• Handle complex payroll cases and system logic

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2 years of experience in payroll work
• Is very system-oriented and thrives in complex and extensive payroll flows
• Has worked in larger organizations or within the consulting industry
• Is quick to learn new systems and processes
• Enjoys a structured and meticulous role with high responsibility
