We are now looking for someone who, in the role of Consultant Manager & Business Developer, sees a personal challenge and development to be a development partner for our clients and candidates – both those we know today and new ones in the future.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Consultant Manager and Business Developer at Unik Resurs, you have a central and business-oriented role where you combine customer development, consulting responsibility, and candidate matching in a dynamic and changing everyday life. You work independently to build and develop long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, with a particular focus on proactive contacts in the manufacturing industry in southern Sweden (Blekinge, Kalmar, Kronoberg, Skåne). The role involves a flexible working style with frequent client visits and a clear regional responsibility.

You are responsible for the entire consultant journey and work closely with both consultants, candidates, and clients to ensure high quality in delivery and long-term relationships. At the same time, you drive the business forward through needs analysis, matching, and business dialogues. You are a clear ambassador for Unik Resurs's offerings and culture and actively contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Proactively approach new and existing clients
  • Be a present partner with clients through regular visits
  • Drive business dialogues regarding needs, solutions, and value-based pricing
  • Attract, interview, and quality assure consultants and candidates
  • Coach consultants in assignments and ensure well-being, performance, and long-term success
  • Drive the entire process from needs analysis to placement
  • Ensure professional feedback to all candidates
  • Build and develop networks within business and society
  • Be active in the market and on social media to strengthen Unik Resurs's visibility
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Unik and contribute to the development of working methods and processes

Your Profile

You are a driven and business-oriented person who thrives on responsibility, change, and a fast pace. You have the courage to take initiative, are confident in client dialogues, and have a strong ability to build trusting relationships. You work in a structured manner, are independent, and have good self-awareness while appreciating collaboration and transparency. Making new contacts through cold calls is a part of your daily routine and something you enjoy; you are motivated by being close to the market and being an active part of a growth journey.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a customer-facing B2B role (consulting, sales, project management, staffing, HR, or similar)
  • Experience with flexible work and regular travel
  • Experience working independently and driving processes from start to finish
  • Good knowledge of English & Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license (B)

Preferred qualifications include post-secondary or academic education in areas such as sales, organization and leadership, or technology, as well as experience in the consulting and staffing industry, service sales, or leadership roles. Basic knowledge of labor law and contract writing or finance is also advantageous.
