The position as a business developer is subordinate to the manager of special housing.

You will be part of our management team and work together with 21 unit managers. The area of responsibility covers the municipality's special housing and short-term accommodation.

The workplace is located at Kasern Johnsson, in the beautiful T4 area of Hässleholm. You can easily commute to Hässleholm by train or bus and then walk to the office in about fifteen minutes.

The position is a project employment starting as soon as possible or by agreement until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Who are you?

In the role of business developer, you will be an important piece of the puzzle in our future work within elderly care. You will work on behalf of the manager. Together, we will shape your assignment, and there are opportunities to influence the content of the position. Together with the unit managers, you will help develop, implement, and follow up on the organization's goal and quality work.

Your tasks include, among other things

  • Conducting investigation assignments
  • Leading development areas
  • Reporting and analyzing quality measurements
  • Supporting managers in business development processes
  • Monitoring the environment, sharing with colleagues, and suggesting and implementing changes
  • Following up on goals and action plans
  • Leading internal forums, networks, and workshops

Qualifications

A relevant higher education is required for the position, such as in social work, human resources, political science, health science, or another education that can be assessed as equivalent. Credits corresponding to at least a bachelor's level.

You need to have knowledge of how a politically governed organization works, have good collaboration skills, and adapt your working methods to different conditions.

You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.

You are analytical, skilled at compiling information, and express yourself well in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have a background as a manager in the area or as a business developer. You should have previously worked with change projects and/or quality improvement work.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

You need to have a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle.
