About the Role
As a customer service representative, you will be the face of Unilin together with your colleagues, delivering first-class service to Unilin's customers in the Swedish market. In a company where development and innovation are constantly present, you will have the opportunity to grow alongside both the company and the role. With phone and email as your primary tools, you will act as an advisor to customers, using your extensive product knowledge to assist in product selection and answer questions regarding prices, deliveries, and returns. The position is administrative in nature, where you will receive orders via email and register them in the SAP business system. The role involves close collaboration with the customer service team as well as with other internal departments such as sales, marketing, and shipping to ensure a qualitative and positive experience for the customer. Additionally, you will continuously work on customer follow-ups regarding purchases, deliveries, and returns. More specifically, the role includes:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Administrative tasks such as order placement in SAP
- Continuous and close collaboration with internal functions and departments
About You
We are looking for someone who approaches their work with a great deal of curiosity. You have an inherent drive to develop and learn, and are not afraid to experiment to find solutions. Furthermore, the following is important for the role:
- Completed secondary education
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Previous experience working with customers and service. Previous experience in customer service is highly meritorious
- Previous experience working in a business system. Experience working in SAP is highly meritorious

Location: Malmö, Hyllie
Extent: Fixed-term employment starting immediately until May 31, 2026, Full-time
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: By agreement
