Biltema offers a wide range of products for the whole family in the areas of Car/Motorcycle, Boat, Leisure, Home, Office/Technology, Construction, Car Care, and Tools. Biltema markets more than 19,000 products. Our vision is to make it easier for people to afford a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure items, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 are located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic countries in the coming years.
About the Position
Are you looking for a fun and educational part-time/summer job? Then we have the perfect position for you at Biltema Helsingborg! We are now looking for a group of stars who want to work with us for the summer, both in the café and in the store.
As a Store Assistant at Biltema, you are a central part of the customer experience. Your workday includes varied tasks and departments, always with a focus on service. You ensure that our 19,000 products are well-stocked and fronted, and in the café, you work with sales, deliveries, and maintaining a pleasant environment.
Wherever you are in the store, you meet customers – whether you are restocking items, working at the checkout, assisting in customer service, or serving in the café. You are eager to share your knowledge to help them find the right products at a good price. No day is the same, and we enjoy solving tasks and challenges in a straightforward manner.
Training will begin in the spring, so it is an advantage if you can start before the summer. For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extra work during the fall and winter.
About You
The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want to maintain order around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.
Experience in retail, especially in customer service, checkout, and complaint handling, is an advantage. Since café work is included in all positions, we value experience from the restaurant industry. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer a burning interest in our product range and areas or café operations.
