Project Manager for Overhead Line Construction Project – Future People is looking for a client in the electricity sector

About the role

As a project manager, you are responsible for keeping the entire main project together and ensuring that all sub-projects deliver according to plan. You lead and coach project managers, develop collaboration within the main project team, and ensure that the work follows governing documents and approved plans. The role involves both strategic and operational work in close collaboration with the program manager and other key personnel in the organization.

Examples of tasks:

• Be responsible for the implementation and progress of the main project and its sub-projects
• Lead and coach project managers to ensure delivery and quality
• Report status, timelines, risks, and deviations to the program manager
• Ensure that projects follow governing documents, processes, and routines
• Coordinate and disseminate information within the main project and between other projects
• Support the program manager with delegated tasks

We are looking for someone who has: (mandatory requirements)

- At least 10 years of work experience in large (budget > 500 million SEK, timeline > 5 years) construction projects.

- Completed ESA training. Course certificate must be attached to the application and must be valid. Alternatively, the course must be completed no later than 2 months after the start of the assignment.

- Completed a Bas-P and Bas-U course within the last 3 years. Course certificate must be attached to the application and must not be older than three years from the last application date. Alternatively, the course must be completed no later than 2 months after the start of the assignment.

- Education in contract law (e.g., AB 04, ABT 06, or AMA).

- Holds a master's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience of +10 years.

Assignment information:

Start: September 15, 2025

Scope: 80–100%

Duration: Until September 15, 2030 (with the possibility of extension up to a total of 8 years)

Location: Sundbyberg, with the possibility of remote work up to 50%

Travel: May occur (domestic and/or international)

Security clearance: Security protection agreement required
