At Joyweek, we are now looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm: an important role where you will drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and help develop attractive workplaces for our clients.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you play a key role in helping companies create office environments where employees thrive, perform, and choose to be. In this role, you will work on new customer acquisition and have the opportunity to build your own customer portfolio, but you will also work to some extent on developing existing customer relationships. Together with your colleagues, you will package the right service solutions within coffee and water machines, cleaning services, fruit baskets, plant services, staffing, interior design services, and more.

You are responsible for the entire sales process; from the first contact and meeting scheduling to customer meetings, needs analysis, and contracts. Therefore, it is important that you are both comfortable and confident in picking up the phone to contact customers, as well as collaborating with them throughout their journey with us as a supplier. As the account manager, you ensure that our customers are satisfied and receive long-term value from our solutions.

Your mission

  • Be responsible for sales to both new and existing customers
  • Conduct customer meetings, develop solutions, and negotiate contracts
  • Create and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Work purposefully based on our established sales model
  • Contribute energy, ideas, and team spirit

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales
  • Has a valid driver's license (B)
  • Expresses themselves well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
  • Is self-driven, responsible, and motivated by creating results and seeing their commission increase month after month
  • Is a relationship builder who establishes trust and spreads energy
