About the job

Pågen is renewing large parts of its business-supporting system platform and went live with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations about a year ago. As a system owner, you will work in a team consisting of 365 administrators with their own focus areas, but you help each other and work together on overarching challenges. We have a Microsoft-intensive environment and work with PowerApps, Flow, Teams, and Dynamics365 CE, among others.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Tactical and operational responsibility for Pågen's Dynamics 365 F&O environment, focusing on finance/economy as well as purchasing/warehouse and integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• System responsibility for other financial systems such as Medius, the modules AP Automation and Contract Management, etc.
• Technical assurance that the solutions in the area meet Pågen's requirements for IT environments and system management.
• To support the business in the daily work with the processes in Dynamics 365.
• Help drive the Pågen Dynamics 365 management group together with stakeholders from the business and thereby coordinate development, improvement, and change work.
• Act as a client towards suppliers of IT services and systems.
• Coordinate activities between different system suppliers and internal teams.
• Quality assurance of deliveries and implementations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a complex IT environment for at least a few years. We would like you to have a good understanding of a manufacturing company's business processes and flows, especially in finance/economy.

You have previous experience working with the development and implementation of business-related system support, and you have the ability to act as a client towards our suppliers of IT services and systems.

Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.

To succeed in the role, you are good at communicating and can act as a bridge between technology and process, and between IT and the rest of the business. Furthermore, we believe that you enjoy being part of driving change, thinking and trying new things with a practical and down-to-earth approach.
