About the position

As a customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive incoming calls, emails, chats, and help customers through engaged and meaningful service where you create well-adapted solutions for the customer's needs.

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

  • Develop in various areas and tasks, in a dynamic work environment

  • Work with administrative tasks such as emails, chats, and case management

  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Computer literate

  • Approved high school education

Employment form and start date
  • Start: By agreement

  • Employment form: Initially, we offer a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.
