Do you want to be part of developing engcon's marketing efforts globally? We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager for our marketing department – a central role where you lead activities that strengthen our brand, create business value, and drive engcon's world-leading position forward.

As Project Manager in engcon's marketing department, you will be responsible for initiating, planning, leading, and following up on marketing projects – everything from campaigns and product launches to events and content production. You will be part of the hub between marketing, sales, product, and external partners, ensuring that projects are completed on time, according to plan, and with clear goals.

Your responsibilities will include

·         Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing activities.

·         Coordinating internal resources and external suppliers.

·         Ensuring quality throughout the process – from brief and production to publication and follow-up.

·         Ensuring that all materials adhere to brand guidelines and that messages are consistent across all channels.

·         Ongoing measurement and follow-up against KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, traffic, and ROI.

·         Working data-driven and driving continuous improvement based on analysis and results.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in marketing or communication and at least five years of experience in project management within marketing and communication, either from an agency or client side. You are used to working data-driven and see KPIs as a natural part of your work approach. Additionally, you have experience in PR work and a good ability to translate business goals into measurable and relevant marketing activities. To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written; other language skills are a plus. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked in a company with international operations.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented, thriving on managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You have a natural drive, take initiative, and enjoy working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

The position is located in Strömsund or Östersund.

In engcon's marketing department, a small, close-knit team is responsible for all communication and marketing within the group. The team is responsible for the group's strategic communication and drives content production, PR, campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and other events. All work is focused on creating business value and a cohesive brand experience in all markets. The department is a central partner for sales, product, HR, and other functions.
