Job Description:
As a salesperson at BAUHAUS, you are a key player and the face towards our customers. You work with your departments and primarily with the assortment available in those departments. You should be able to act as an advisor and sell the right products to our customers.
You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting assortment which creates great variation in the work. With us, you will thrive! Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the role of salesperson, you need to be service- and customer-oriented. You are solution-oriented, flexible, results-driven, and can work independently.
We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. It is a plus if you are practically inclined and have industry experience and/or have been a craftsman, but it is not a requirement. You need to be at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, and in English in speech. In this recruitment, we will request an extract from the criminal record. As we handle forklifts, a driver's license is a requirement.
The position is a permanent employment of 20 hours/week with a 6-month probation period.
The working hours are varied, and you will work every other weekend.
