Job Description:

As a sales associate at BAUHAUS, you will be a key player and the face of our company to our customers. You will work in your department(s) and primarily with the product range available in those departments. You should be able to provide advice and sell the right products to our customers.

You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting product range which creates great variation in the work. You will thrive with us! All age groups meet here, each contributing their unique experience, creating a wonderful dynamic.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of a sales associate, you need to be service-oriented and customer-focused. You are solution-oriented, flexible, results-driven, and can work independently.

We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities. It is a plus if you are practically inclined and have industry experience and/or have been a craftsman, but it is not a requirement. You need to be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form and in English in spoken form. Since we handle forklifts, a driver's license is required.

The Position is a Permanent Employment

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week with a 6-month probation period. Working hours are varied, and you will work every other weekend.

In this recruitment, we will request an extract from the criminal record register.
