Inside Sales Representative Wanted in Östersund

We are currently looking for an inside sales representative for our client in Östersund. This role gives you the opportunity to become a central part of the sales work and contribute to the company's continued growth. Here, you will be an important contact point for customers, handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure that every customer receives quick, professional, and personal service. You will identify new opportunities, drive dialogues via phone and email, and work closely with experienced salespeople to create a smooth and positive customer journey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with new and existing customers in the market
• Map customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Participate in the development of sales strategies and contribute to achieving set goals

Your Profile:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• No previous experience required
• Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear goals

We Offer:

• Base salary of 20,000 + commission
