Now you have the chance to become a part of IKEA Östersund! We are looking for super sellers for our new location at Prästgatan 45 in Östersund. Here we welcome customers to a physical or digital meeting to plan their kitchen, wardrobe, or bathroom.

As a seller, you will help customers create their dream homes every day. You will be responsible for your own customers throughout the entire purchasing process. From dreams to detailed planning, then to purchase and finally decisions regarding installation. Have you not done this before? Don’t worry, if you have the will, we will teach you everything you need to know. Training with pay is included as part of the job. Great, right? This training will take place in Sundsvall to give you the best conditions in the role of a seller.

After training, you will be ready to lead meetings with customers in our unit “Plan and Order” in Östersund. As the expert you are now, you will drive sales and present smart solutions based on our assortment. It is common for you to meet your customers several times – either physically or digitally.

We know that selling kitchens, wardrobes, and bathrooms may seem complicated; it involves mathematics, technology, appliances, ergonomics, water, and drainage. But you should know that there are colleagues there for you who will give tips and encouragement along the way.

Your meetings with customers will be characterized by deeper needs analyses and holistic solutions. You will be involved in all steps of the customer meeting, from planning, designing, and ordering products from our entire assortment, but especially kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and storage in a comfortable and inspiring way. You will get to know your customers and their entire home furnishing needs.

About this work area

The positions we offer are permanent contracts from 30.75-8 hours/week. Your working hours will be scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, as well as day and evening shifts.
