You will start as a sales representative with clear responsibility for your area. When you achieve your goals, the opportunity arises to own and manage your district as a partner – with full freedom and control.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting and developing new customers
• Recruiting and matching veterans to the right assignments
• Building long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Driving business from the first meeting to closing
• Taking responsibility for growing your area step by step
