About the position Synsam continues to grow – and now we are expanding our team with another Loyalty Sales Specialist. In this strategically important and long-term role, you will have the chance to strengthen our customer relationships, create new business opportunities, and contribute to Synsam's continued success. You will play a key role in our effort to find new solutions for customers while ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction. The position is located at our state-of-the-art Synsam Innovation Center in Frösön, Östersund, where you will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. We welcome both Swedish-speaking and Norwegian-speaking employees to meet our customers' needs in both markets.
Your responsibilities
- Contact previous customers by phone to listen and understand their needs and expectations.
- Identify and offer tailored solutions that meet the customer's requirements.
- Rebuild relationships and strengthen the customer's trust in Synsam.
- Actively work to exceed set goals in both sales and customer satisfaction.
- Document and follow up on all calls to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for a driven and committed person who is passionate about creating successful customer relationships. We believe that you:
- Are a natural communicator with the ability to listen and understand the customer's needs and perspective.
- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian, both spoken and written – you know how to build trust with words. Experience with other Nordic languages is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Have previous experience in proactive sales with the ability to build relationships, gain customer trust, and deliver results.
- Results-oriented and love setting goals – and exceeding them!
- A person with a positive attitude and the ability to see solutions where others see obstacles.

The position is a permanent full-time employment (Monday-Friday) that begins with a probationary period. Additionally, we offer an attractive compensation model that combines a secure fixed salary with a performance-based bonus.
