About the role

As a pharmacist at the pharmacy Sergel, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health. The pharmacy Sergel is centrally located in Stockholm's city center with a dynamic flow of customers throughout the day. The location of the pharmacy in Sergelgången gives us a varied customer base consisting of both workers in the area as well as both domestic and foreign tourists.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. We support you in your career - as a pharmacist at the pharmacy, you can develop in roles such as medication responsible, sales leader, specialist pharmacist, or why not a role as pharmacy manager?

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the world related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
