As a licensed audiologist with us, you will be a trusted point of contact for people who need you, and you will take significant personal responsibility to provide exceptional hearing rehabilitation and create the best possible experience.

We are looking for an experienced licensed audiologist who is confident in their profession and has solid knowledge in audiology. Since the clinic in Sigtuna is a sole practitioner clinic, you will work independently and take care of the entire customer journey – from registering and administering visits to conducting hearing rehabilitation and managing all administration at the clinic. You are passionate about building trust and security in your interactions with customers and want to contribute to something that truly matters.

About the role

As an experienced licensed audiologist at Audika, you will have the chance to:

• Be part of developing our clinic in Sigtuna by establishing trust and creating long-term relationships with people in the local area – so that more people have access to better hearing and better quality of life.
• Help more people hear better through individualized hearing rehabilitation according to Audika's qualitative methods and structure.
• Work independently with significant personal responsibility and actively contribute to the development and improvement of the business according to Audika's set goals.
• Perform hearing rehabilitation, hearing aid fittings, as well as fittings of assistive devices and individually tailored hearing protection.
• Represent Audika to customers, patients, and partners – with support from our support office and colleagues with extensive experience.
• Collaborate with your immediate leader and colleagues to develop the business by suggesting and implementing solutions that improve the clinic's services and provide outstanding hearing care.

Who are we looking for?

• Licensed audiologist with at least 2–5 years of work experience.
• Solution-oriented, responsible, and relationship-building.
• Flexible and enjoys varied tasks.
• Strong desire to always offer the best solutions for the customer.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• English is our corporate language.
