Care Assistant for Night Patrol

Do you want to make a difference and contribute to safe care during the night? Then you might be the one we are looking for! SOLOM is now seeking dedicated care assistants for our night patrol.

Within the night patrol, both planned and emergency interventions are carried out in clients' homes. You will work in a team based at our office in central Sollentuna and visit clients throughout the municipality.

About the Position

As a care assistant in the night patrol, your tasks mainly involve helping our clients with care in both planned and emergency situations. This can include everything from assistance with going to bed, supervision visits, and personal care – to quickly responding to alarms if the client needs help. You will also be responsible for social documentation for clients.

You will work in a team with colleagues and collaborate with home care, coordinators, deputy managers, and operational managers.

We are looking for care assistants for night shifts, a permanent position at 80-85%, and for work as needed. Start date is according to agreement, and a probationary period may be applicable.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained care assistant with experience in elderly care, preferably home care
• Has a B driver's license, as we transport ourselves between clients by car
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good digital skills as we document our work via computer and mobile phone.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with emergency alarms. As a person, you are responsible, attentive, and have a good ability to meet people in various situations in a professional manner, at all hours of the day. About the Recruitment Process

Before any employment, you must present a criminal record extract along with valid photo identification. You need to request the extract yourself via the police's website: The extract we want to see is called "Control of your own data in the criminal record" and it should be submitted in the unopened envelope.

If you are called for an interview, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
