Allbry's student health team is constantly evolving, and we are now looking for an engaged school psychologist for a position at a high school in Stockholm (Spånga/Tensta).

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and want to contribute to the student health team by strengthening the psychological efforts in the school's student health service and becoming an important part of the student health team.

About the role

As a school psychologist, you work cross-professionally in the student health team and have close collaboration with the principal and educators. You contribute psychological expertise that strengthens students' development and supports the school's staff with your specialist knowledge regarding diagnoses, leadership, communication, and group processes.

Responsibilities include, among others:

• Provide guidance and consultative support to the student health team, educators, and guardians.

• Participate in the work of the student health team at the school.
• 
  
• Support the school management in matters concerning organizations, resources, and student cases.
• 
  
• Conduct assessments and investigations as needed.
• 
  
• Refer students as necessary.
• 
  
• Contribute knowledge about mental health, risk and protective factors.
• 
  
• Responsible for documentation.

Scope and conditions:

• Scope: 4 hours every other month.
• 
  
• Location: On-site at the school and digitally.
• 
  
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
• 
  
• Start: Immediately/after agreement.

Qualifications

• Swedish psychologist license.
• 
  
• Previous experience working in schools, student health, or otherwise with children and youth is an advantage.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-focused.
• 
  
• Good collaboration skills and relationship-building competence.
• 
  
• Possesses good consultation and guidance skills.
