Our home care service in Österåker is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for two team leaders who want to help strengthen the team in daily operations. This is a role for you who thrive close to customers, are confident in care work, and want to take a clear step forward in responsibility and leadership.

At Aleo Omsorg, you as a team leader have a central role where you combine practical work in home care with leadership and administrative tasks. You lead and coordinate a team of about 8–12 employees, provide daily support for the staff, and are an important relief for the unit manager. Together, you work for high quality, a good work environment, and satisfied customers.

Job Responsibilities - What will you do?

Your responsibilities as a team leader include, among other things:

  • Work leadership & daily support – be a safe, present contact for employees and support them in their daily work.

  • Practical care work – work with customers and be a role model in approach, quality, and professionalism.

  • Planning & startups – participate in the startup of new initiatives and ensure that customers' needs are met safely.

  • Documentation & administration – manage ongoing documentation and simpler follow-ups in close collaboration with the unit manager.

  • Quality & work environment – contribute to structure, routines, and a good working climate.

  • Team culture & cohesion – build trust, cooperation, and joy at work within the team.

  • Emergency response – handle both planned and urgent interventions within the framework of the assignment in Österåker municipality (7:00 AM – 10:30 PM).

Who are you?

For this role, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Experience in care and support – you have worked in care and support, preferably in home care.

  • Certified nursing assistant (meritorious) – preferably with a protected professional title.

  • Natural leader in daily life – you have experience coordinating, supporting, or leading others, formally or informally.

  • Unpretentious and supportive – you help where needed and create security around you.

  • Stress-resistant and solution-oriented – you remain calm even when the pace is high.

  • Communicative and present – confident in contact with colleagues, customers, and relatives.

  • Digitally skilled – comfortable with documentation and working in digital systems.

  • Driver's license (requirement) - you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our customers in their homes.

  • Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document professionally.

Working hours and employment form

Working hours: Monday–Friday and possible weekends based on the needs of the business (including public holidays).Working time: daytime 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM.Scope: full-time, 37 hours/week.Workplace: Åkersberga (Österåker municipality).Employment form: permanent with a 6-month probationary period, with start date according to agreement.
