We are now looking for an engaged colleague to Handen Health Center.

Handen Health Center is located near Haninge Center, with restaurants, grocery stores, and good public transport connections. We have rehabilitation and a child health center. In Dalarö, in a beautiful archipelago setting, we have a clinic.
Handen Health Center is growing and currently has nearly 21,200 registered patients and is expanding rapidly. We have integrated home healthcare with about 200 patients enrolled with a responsible home healthcare physician.
We have a psychosocial team with psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinators. Two podiatrists. Nurse-led diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, osteoporosis, elderly care, and weight loss clinics. We have a minor orthopedic clinic in collaboration with a physiotherapist and a minor emergency clinic with close cooperation with the urgent care center. We conduct SMO clinics (coordinated medical care for people with disabilities). We are one of four clinics in Stockholm.

We have teams with district doctors, ST doctors, AT doctors, and junior doctors working with the same patient list to increase continuity for patients. About the position:
We offer you a varied and stimulating job in close collaboration with different professional categories. We work in a well-functioning team with doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, district nurses, clinic nurses, social workers, nursing assistants, podiatrists, and medical secretaries to create good continuity for our patients.
In our work, we use TeleQ, chat, and video visits, and we use Take Care as our medical record system. We try to give you the opportunity to contribute and shape development work according to your interests together with colleagues. We have a positive attitude towards new ideas and working methods. Our goal is to achieve good quality and satisfied patients.
In addition, we offer wellness grants and free healthcare.
Personal qualities:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who contributes to a good work environment. You need to be able to collaborate easily but also make independent decisions. You should be interested and willing to help drive the development of the health center forward. The workload may vary, which requires flexibility, good prioritization skills, and a structured approach to work. There is the possibility to work from home with video meetings. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Qualifications:
Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare.
Meritorious:
Previous experience in primary care.
Employment form:
Permanent employment, probationary employment may be applied.

- in addition to Swedish professional authorization, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
