Moment BUMM in Vällingby is now looking for a psychologist who wants to strengthen the team initially through a temporary position as one of our psychologists will be on parental leave. Moment Child and Adolescent Medical Clinic in Vällingby opened in October 2020 on behalf of Region Stockholm. The clinic operates in a representative location in a listed building in the historic Vällingby center. The clinic is approximately 600 square meters large with space optimized for the specific needs of the operation. Here you will work alongside the operations manager, pediatricians, pediatric nurses, psychologists, and psychiatrists. The target group is children and adolescents aged 0-17 years who need to see a pediatrician, pediatric nurse, psychiatric nurse, child psychologist, and/or child psychiatrist. In addition to the medical core assignment, we conduct assessments and treatments for ADHD as well as psychological support assignments where psychologists meet pediatric patients in need of psychological contact. We also work as subcontractors within the primary care assignment for several healthcare centers in our area.

We opened the clinic in Vällingby with the ambition of providing good medical care combined with close access to psychiatry and psychology. Your days will mainly consist of assessment, treatment, and investigation of children and adolescents with mental health issues and various behavioral medical problems such as obesity or pain issues, as well as investigations focusing on ADHD questions.

You are a licensed psychologist with a CBT focus, possessing good clinical qualifications and experience, and an interest in behavioral medicine/health psychology. You have also worked with neuropsychiatric assessments. You are accustomed to working independently and in a structured manner and have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written.

You are driven by helping people feel better and achieve sustainable results by translating your specialist knowledge into practical advice and interventions with compassion.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, are confident in your role, and can be both task-oriented and relationship-oriented. You appreciate and contribute to a good work environment and the continuous development of the organization. You are used to working efficiently - always with the clients' best interests in focus.
