Capio Alva BUMM is a well-established organization with experienced pediatricians, child psychiatrists, child psychologists, and pediatric nurses. We collaborate in a non-prestigious environment focused on providing the best possible care for children.

We are located in the heart of Stockholm with clinics at Medborgarplatsen, Sickla, and Hagastaden/Upplands Väsby. We are also planning to open a clinic in Södertälje in the first part of 2026 in the same premises as Capio's Health Center, BVC, and midwifery clinic. Would you like to join us on this journey?

We receive children and adolescents aged 0–17 for assessment, treatment, and follow-up of all pediatric medical issues and offer urgent visits for children up to 6 months. In addition to our core mission, we conduct assessments and treatment of ADD/ADHD. Our experienced pediatric nurses perform medical orders such as blood sampling, spirometry, and skin tests on-site and have their own nursing appointments.

We have a strong tradition of education. We accept ST doctors and offer regular internal lectures for both ST doctors and other staff members.

We combine extensive experience with a modern perspective on pediatric healthcare. Leadership is present, and decision-making paths are short – our operational managers and medical directors work clinically themselves and have a good understanding of the everyday life at the clinic.

We actively work with both medical issues and children's rights as part of our quality and development efforts. Digital and AI-based solutions like Tandem and Evira are already part of our operations, making us flexible and well-prepared for the future.

Your Role

As a pediatric nurse with us, you will have a varied and stimulating everyday life where you work closely with experienced pediatricians and manage your own patient visits. You will rotate between the clinic's various tasks – from telephone advice, sample collection, and spirometry to skin tests, referral management, and patient matters via 1177. A large and important part of the role is also to independently meet children and families in areas such as obesity, constipation/enuresis, asthma–allergy, skin problems, and ADHD/ADD. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine clinical work with personal responsibility and long-term care relationships – always with the child's best interests in focus. Additionally, the role emphasizes independent nursing visits in several areas such as obesity, constipation/enuresis, asthma-allergy, skin problems, and ADHD/ADD.

About You

We are looking for you who are a specialist-trained pediatric nurse. Experience working in BUMM is highly meritorious, but personal qualities are of great importance.

If you are a confident and independent problem-solver, this might be the right role for you! You are comfortable interacting with children and their parents and care about providing a good reception. You can work in a sometimes fast-paced environment and, like us, feel a great joy in your work.
