About the position

In the role of physiotherapist for Trauma, Acute Surgery, and Orthopedics in Huddinge, you will combine work in both inpatient and outpatient care. You will be part of a team of about 25 employees, several of whom have an advanced academic degree.

The surgical and orthopedic activities in Huddinge are extensive and include both planned and emergency patient flows. Your main task will be in outpatient care where you will work at the physiotherapy clinic equipped with a large gym, pool, treatment rooms, and gymnasium. In inpatient care, you will collaborate with various professional groups to ensure an efficient care flow and provide the physiotherapy that each patient needs.

Supervision of students may be included as part of the role. You are also expected to contribute to the development of the operations within, for example, care programs and workflows based on evidence and patient needs. The assignment also includes weekend duty every sixth Saturday.

The advertisement refers to a temporary position for 9 months.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Licensed physiotherapist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare

Meritorious:

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Approved qualification as a specialist physiotherapist.
