Responsibilities as a summer substitute in home care

As a summer substitute, you provide personal care and practical support to our customers in their own homes on Värmdö. Responsibilities may include personal care, assistance with meals, medication reminders, support during transfers, as well as light household chores and social support. You collaborate with colleagues and licensed staff to ensure safe and secure care.

Qualifications and requirements

• Education as a nursing assistant, caregiver, or equivalent experience is an advantage
• Previous experience in care and support is an advantage
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• You are responsible, attentive, and have a professional demeanor
