The psychologist's role at WeMind is central to ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. You will work with various psychiatric diagnoses treated within specialist psychiatry, primarily focusing on assessment, individual and group-based psychological treatments, as well as neuropsychiatric investigations. How do we know we are on the right track? We work with measurement-based care. This means that we always follow up on treatment using validated rating scales that we review together with the patient during the visit. This increases the patient's involvement in care and enhances the possibility of individualized treatment, ensuring that it truly adds value for the patient. Follow-ups are conducted on a digital platform to avoid unnecessary administrative burdens on staff.

WeMind Jakobsberg is a psychiatric outpatient clinic that treats all types of specialist psychiatric diagnoses. We offer a well-structured workplace located at Jakobsberg Hospital. • Licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT and a few years of experience in the profession

• Experience in specialist psychiatry, both general psychiatric outpatient care and/or psychosis care, is a merit

We are looking for someone who is interested in working broadly within the psychiatric field and shares WeMind's values and the approach offered in terms of evidence and follow-up. You are used to working independently and making your own decisions, as the job requires a good ability to take independent treatment responsibility in individual cases, as well as having a good ability to plan and organize your work.
