We have two home care groups in our unit located in Rådmansö & Blidö.

At Allegio Rådmansö Blidö, we have our own nurse and paramedic, which allows us to develop and tailor the care and support we provide to our customers.

Good quality in care is important to us.

Our goal is for all our customers to feel satisfied and secure with our care.

Desirable qualifications

• Experience in the service industry
• Experience in caregiving
• Care and nursing education

Requirements

Driver's license (B) and a car to get to work.

Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written).

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and if you have any connection to the area around Blidö Yxlan.

You have a good attitude and are responsible.

You also have the ability to plan and organize, and you are positive, cheerful, and helpful.

Job responsibilities

Working in home care means that you work independently with great responsibility.

At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives.

Your tasks include planning and performing caregiving work in customers' homes:

- Personal care (assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing).

- Service (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).

- Accompaniment (going with the customer to activities outside the home).

- Relief (being with the customer when a relative needs to run errands).

You should be able to document in our documentation systems.

We have different types of positions; right now we are looking for:

Hourly substitutes and summer substitutes who can work day or evening shifts with weekend work every other weekend.
