About Villa Sarvträsk

Near Orminge center in Saltsjö-Boo lies the popular Villa Sarvträsk. Here, there are both nursing and dementia accommodations with a total of 74 places. The accommodation has been recently expanded, and the first new places opened on October 1, 2025.

About the role

You will work in a team with physiotherapists, nurses, activity coordinators, and care staff, and your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs.

As an occupational therapist, you will work with the residents to find the best ways to utilize their own abilities in daily life. You support and motivate individuals to develop and maintain their physical, cognitive, and social abilities. This often involves:

• assessing and adapting the daily environment.

• trial and prescription of physical and cognitive aids.

• guiding your colleagues in rehabilitative efforts, approaches, transfer techniques, etc.

• communicating with the residents' relatives.

Your experience and knowledge

We believe that you who are applying to us:

• are attracted to a varied job that requires extensive knowledge of care and nursing

• are independent, can make your own assessments and decisions, and dare to think for yourself

• have a pedagogical approach and enjoy working in a team while supporting colleagues.

You are a licensed occupational therapist, and we prefer that you have several years of experience in elderly care. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
