At Capio Health Center Lekeberg, we have gathered all our knowledge under one roof, which allows us to create a strong and competent staff group with many years of experience in primary care. We are a wonderful team of 40 employees who together make a difference for our approximately 9800 registered patients – today and throughout their lives.

The health center has its newly renovated and bright premises at Vallgatan 17 in Fjugesta, the central town of Lekeberg municipality, which is located about 30 km west of Örebro. You can easily commute here by bus, but there are also good parking opportunities for those who drive. We are a complete health center and collaborate across professional groups and also work well with Lekeberg municipality. We also have a family center connected to us in the same location.

Your role

We are looking for a licensed psychologist to work in our psychosocial team. Our psychosocial team also includes a social worker and a rehabilitation coordinator.

With us, you will work with the primary care assignment of assessment and treatment of primarily mild mental health issues, which usually involves anxiety, depression, and stress-related problems. We collaborate with psychiatry, social services, and specialist care as needed. You will meet your patients physically, i.e., traditional outpatient work, but also through our digital channels such as video, chat, and phone.

Here at the health center, we actively work with the sick leave process where you have an important role together with primarily the rehabilitation coordinator and doctor. In your role as a psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessment conversations and evaluations regarding whether the issues are work-related or not. Any sick leaves are made in close collaboration with the doctor and rehabilitation coordinator. We believe it is important to focus on professional development and encourage you to take courses and training.

About you

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, where personal maturity, integrity, and collaboration skills are important qualities.

You should be comfortable with short treatment series to provide more patients with the opportunity for contact, and you should see the possibility of treatment through digital pathways. You are secure in both person and profession and have a good understanding of the purpose and working methods of primary care.

You are used to working independently, are confident in your professional role, and work with a high medical quality. We would like you to be responsible and have good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges and want to be involved in the development of the health center.
