About the position: We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant to a woman in her 30s in Angered. You will work as a substitute as needed, with the possibility of a fixed schedule in the long term. The client communicates and directs you as an assistant. She also has a small child. With this client, you work alone.
The client prefers female assistants for this position.
Job responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
- Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Supporting with transfers
- Helping with the physical aspects for the child
Work hours may look like the following:
- 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Work hours may vary during day and evening. This applies to both weekdays and weekends. As an assistant, you should be flexible with varying working hours.
About you:
We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can attend to others' needs.
As a person, you are calm, patient, and punctual. You have experience with young children, as well as some form of caregiving experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form to document correctly.
You are also attentive, solution-focused, and have a twinkle in your eye. You can take initiative but can also adopt a more reserved role.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in care and support
- Experience with children
Meritorious:
- Driver's license and access to a car
Scope: 3 substitutes as needed
Start date: According to agreement, we would like you to start immediately. Applications are reviewed continuously, and the position may therefore be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
