At Camai, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated consultant to lead our work in Open Source with a focus on OpenShift and container technology. We already have a management plan and a clear path forward – now we need a specialist who can turn the plans into practice and elevate both the platform and the team to the next level.

The assignment involves taking responsibility for setting up and further developing our platform in a sustainable and correct manner. This also means actively working on knowledge transfer to our team, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is willing to share their knowledge in a systematic and structured way.

• Deep expertise and extensive experience in OpenShift/container technology (level 5)
• The ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in driving and participating in management work, preferably according to the PM3 model (meritorious)
• Experience in leading and conducting training sessions (meritorious)
• A desire to contribute to a strong team and a long-term sustainable result

When the assignment is completed, the following should be achieved:

• The platform should be correctly set up and operational
• Our team should have received a significant skills upgrade
• The foundation should be laid for stable and sustainable management of the solution
