Do you want a part-time job as a personal assistant? I am currently looking for substitutes for my assistant team.

I am a 47-year-old woman living alone, so I need substitutes who can step in during acute absence when someone is sick, but also want to work during holidays.

Since my need for personal assistance is around the clock, you may be called at any time of the day, so for this position, it is important that you are easily accessible as I often do not know in advance when the need arises.

I have a spinal cord injury and have reduced muscle strength throughout my body. This means that I have a number of aids that you, as an assistant, will receive proper training in. Examples of aids I have include: electric wheelchair, ventilator, cough machine, a "button" on my stomach for tube feeding, etc.

With me, you will work 24-hour shifts, so when I need a substitute, it is usually for a full day, from morning to the next morning, with some waiting time during the night. I would prefer that you can work full 24-hour shifts, but as a substitute, it is also okay to request shifts such as 07:30-19:00 or 19:00-07:30 (with some waiting time/on-call during the night).

I always control what will happen during your work shift. Everything from sitting in the assistant room until I call for you, to being fully occupied. You need to enjoy both aspects and feel comfortable with the fact that I am the one who decides in my life (your working hours).
