Job Description As the Risk and Sustainability Manager at Sidensjö Sparbank, you play a central role in securing the bank's long-term development. You drive issues related to both risk management and sustainability and act as a cohesive force in the strategic and operational work. You are part of the bank's business support team, an adjunct member of the Risk and Audit Committee, and a member of the Finance Committee. In a small and close-knit organization, you have a broad mandate and significant opportunities to influence, with short decision-making paths and a high level of trust.

The role is broad and includes responsibility for several key areas: - Operational risks - coordinate risk management and ensure a comprehensive view of the bank's risk exposure - Governing documents and controls - responsible for policy work, continuity plans, and first-line controls - Incident management and dialogue with authorities - manage reporting and follow up on risk-related events - Sustainability - lead sustainability reporting and integrate ESG risks into decision-making materials - Collaboration and training - support colleagues and increase risk awareness through communication and training.

Qualifications and Attributes

- Higher education in economics, law, or equivalent - Excellent Swedish in both spoken and written form - Experience in sustainability reporting, risk work, or regulatory compliance is advantageous - Swedsec license for management and control is a plus.

As the role involves close collaboration with various functions both within and outside the bank, you are a good relationship builder who sees collaboration as a prerequisite for achieving the best possible results.
