Raoul Wallenberg School Skövde has expanded from 80 students to just over 900 from preschool to grade 9. Over 500 of these students are in the middle school. The school operates under the motto "making a positive difference" and our ambition is to be the most attractive primary school in Skövde. We have a clear value foundation based on our guiding principles where order and structure are in focus. We place great importance on creating a common approach to teaching and other activities. The interest in our school concept is very high, and therefore our ambition is to build and establish several new schools in both Skövde and Skaraborg in the coming years.

Who are you?

We are looking for a resource teacher to support students in grades F-3 as well as in the after-school program. We are looking for someone who is driven and engaged, who, like us, is passionate about making a positive difference for various types of students – both those in need of special support and those who need significant challenges. We seek someone who shares our values and our passion for children and education.

We are looking for someone who is caring and committed, who has the ability to see the individual child's needs and development, and who can work individually with the child as well as inclusively within both the child group and the organization. You will work as operational support and be a resource for students who need special support. Experience in similar work or other work within care and support is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment until December 19, 2025, with good opportunities for extension.

Start date is August 2025 or by agreement.
