We are now looking for an OTC Accountant for our client in Lund

Now you have the chance to become part of the Finance Operations Hub at one of the Nordic region's most well-known industrial companies. In this role, you will be a key person in a team of 50 people managing accounting services for all Nordic units. The focus is on ensuring and developing the entire accounts receivable flow (Order to Cash).

Responsibilities

Handle daily issues related to customer invoices and accounts receivable

Provide support to internal stakeholders on finance-related matters

Daily contact with the client's outsourcing partner

Customer follow-up and account management

Account reconciliations and manual payments

Re-billing and re-invoicing

Create and update customer master data

Participate in monthly closing from an OTC perspective

Contribute to improvement work through modern tools and methods: automation, analysis, data modeling

Other accounting-related tasks

Be a team player and contribute to a high level of service within the OTC team

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a focus on accounting

Very good knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and Lookups

Good communication skills at all levels of the organization

Independent, proactive, and accustomed to prioritizing tasks

Fluent in Swedish and English

Preferred:

Experience in accounts receivable and closing work

Knowledge of SAP

Experience in data analysis and KNIME
