We are looking for a District Manager who is used to working closely with their team on team development, leadership, and service. You have a communicative and inclusive leadership style that creates conditions for engagement and development within your team. You will work as a first-line manager and be part of a team together with district managers and regional managers, where you will collectively drive the business and development forward.
As a District Manager, you ensure a resource-smart, optimized, and quality-assured daily operation. You deliver against set goals in accordance with the company's priority order: safety, employees, customers, and owners. The role includes a broad responsibility: personnel, economic, quality, operations, management, work environment, and environmental responsibility. You build and maintain trust with customers, employees, and other stakeholders by acting as an ambassador for the company. You lead the business based on our four values: Service, Relationships, Responsibility, and Teamwork. The position is a permanent employment, starting with a six-month probationary period.
Your Profile

- Documented experience in leadership and team development with good results.
- Strong communicative ability and an inclusive leadership style.
- Ability to work in a structured manner, drive improvement processes, and achieve results.
- Commitment to creating a positive work environment and good relationships.
- Experience in the service industry
- Experience in salary-setting personnel responsibility with good results.
- Experience in cost and profitability responsibility and financial follow-up.
It is an advantage to have worked with change management, in a matrix organization and/or in an international context.
Competencies and Personal Qualities
- Leadership, team and group development
- Knowledge of labor market rules, basics of labor law, and negotiations.
- Proficient IT user
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing for communication with employees, customers, stakeholders
- Good English in speech and writing for communication with colleagues in other countries and the group's governing documents and information
- Social and solution-oriented
- Self-driven and proactive
- Positive and results-oriented
