We are now looking for a Head of Studio & Creative Production at NELLY – a vibrant role where you will be responsible for the creative space where all products in the assortment are photographed and presented. Our newly built studio will be ready in spring 2026 and will be a central part of NELLY's new headquarters in Gothenburg.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Head of Studio & Creative Production, you will ensure that all visual material – regardless of channel – consistently reflects our brand's identity, tone, and quality level. The role has a clear leadership focus, and you are responsible for creating an efficient, creative, and collaborative team that delivers high-quality visual content. Daily tasks include planning and prioritizing work in the studio, as well as coordinating staff and staffing for various campaigns. Our new fresh studio will be an important and vibrant part of our new headquarters in Gothenburg. As the main responsible person, you ensure that all material produced here adheres to NELLY's look & feel, with consistently high production quality.

The role is a key position that seamlessly moves between the company's creative and commercial goals. You lead both the studio and Digital designers and collaborate closely with several leading roles in the company, including the Creative Director, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Chief Assortment Officer, and Head of Design. You have personnel responsibility for the employees in the studio, including our stylists and photographers, and you report directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

Your Profile

We believe that you who are applying are a visionary leader with a sense for both details and results. To thrive in the role, it is essential that you have the ability to transform visual guidelines into clear instructions for stylists, models, photographers, and retouchers. The work requires a strong visual sense as well as the ability to combine creativity with structure. As a person, you are inspiring and driven by engaging others. The role requires experience in studio work and a strong interest in fashion. Experience from retail/e-commerce is a plus. You speak Swedish and English fluently.
