About the position We are looking for an engaged business developer with knowledge in change management who wants to contribute to the development of our processes and working methods. In this role, you will play a key role in driving and implementing improvements and creating value for both our organization and our customers.

Some of your main tasks will be to:

• Lead and support larger development projects
• Analyze and map processes and deviations
• Drive and develop our model for continuous improvements
• Develop our methodology for change management
• Develop and implement new working methods
• Follow up and evaluate the effects of implemented changes

You will be part of the Customer Agreements & Processes department, which is represented in several locations across Sweden, and report to the head of Customer Agreements & Processes.

We are looking for someone who has

• Master's degree in industrial economics
• At least 2 years of experience in business development
• Experience in planning and leading projects
• Experience in mapping and analyzing business processes
• Comfortable leading and facilitating workshops and training
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
